1. The ornamental design for a combined shipping and packaging envelope for apotted plant, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is an elevational view of a combined shipping and packaging envelope for a potted plant showing my new design, the opposite side being the same in appearance.

FIG. 2 is an elevational end view of the envelope in FIG. 1, the opposite end being the same in appearance. The drawing is shaded to show contrasting color and the horizontal dash lines represent perforations.
