1. The ornamental design for a stocking removing tool for the handicapped orsimilar article, substantially as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a stocking removing tool for the handicapped or similar article showing my new design.

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, taken in the direction of the arrow 3 in FIG. 2.
