1. The ornamental design for a water closet base, as shown.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a water closet base showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is an elevational view taken from one end thereof;
FIG. 4 is an elevational view taken from the end opposite that shown in FIG. 3; and
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken on line 5--5 of FIG. 1.
