Claims:
1. The ornamental design for a combined hanging planter and lights therefor,as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of the combined hanging planter and lights therefor showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a reduced bottom view thereof.

The light wiring is shown as being broken off to indicate indeterminate length. The suspension hooks, shown in broken lines in FIG. 1, are shown to illustrate typical environmental structure for the subject invention and are not part of the claimed design.
