1. The ornamental design for a douche appliance, as shown and described.

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the douche appliance of FIG. 1;
FIG. 4 is an end elevation of the douche appliance of FIG. 1 as seen from the right of FIG. 1; and
FIG. 5 is an end elevation of the douche appliance of FIG. 1 as seen from the left of FIG. 1.
The side of the douche appliance opposite from that shown in FIG. 1 is a mirror image of what is illustrated in FIG. 1.
