Description:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The national cinematographic industry is at present under a serious crisis with respect to exhibition rooms due to the fact that heretofore, in our country, there have been used exhibition rooms with a fixed and determined capacity for a maximum of persons attending this type of show. In other words, all present exhibition rooms are generally of considerable dimensions and in view of the system of exhibiting a motion picutre during a determined period of time, a considerable loss is incurred when this motion picture is not liked by the public and also, a continuous change of program or movie to be exhibited results uneconomical.
In view of the above, it can be considered that heretofore the exhibition rooms generally have a high percentage of vacant seats, which reflect in substantial losses with respect to the capital invested and this, together with expenses for operators and maintenance of the exhibition room, produces almost uneconomical results for the owner of the exhibition room.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, it is an object of this invention to provide a constructional system for movie exhibition rooms, that allow to reduce to a minimum the vacant seats and to simultaneously reduce the operating and maintenance personnel of the exhibition rooms, thereby providing a better yield of the capital invested in this type of constructions.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a constructional system for exhibition rooms including a plurality of low seat capacity rooms integrally grouped, providing the possibility of exhibiting different motion pictures in every one of them and to exchange same, depending on the assistance of the public to same.
It is another object of the invention to provide a constructional system for movie exhibition rooms, in which the costs for air conditioning and maintenance equipment are reduced due to its common distribution.
The amount of spare parts needed for maintenance purposes is minimum and inclusively the personnel can be reduced and, on the other hand, the public is able to enjoy, in only one location, diversified programs.
These and other objects that are obtained in the practice of this invention will be better understood and appreciated reading the following description making reference to the attached drawings of the specific embodiments of the instant invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1 is a plan view of one of the exhibition rooms constituting the improved building of the instant invention in which that part corresponding to the antechamber is detailed.
FIG. 2 is a plan view of an exhibition room corresponding to the proper exhibition room, the middle part of which substantially corresponds to the upper floor of the antechamber shown in FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 is a vertical elevational view in longitudinal section showing two exhibition rooms diametrically opposed with a common access passageway and a common projection machinery room, of the constructional system of the instant invention.
FIG. 4 is a plan view of the constructional system of the instant invention showing eight exhibition rooms in tandem according to the improved constructional system of the instant invention.
FIG. 5 illustrates several distribution embodiments of integral exhibition rooms of the improved constructional system of the instant invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In an embodiment of the improved constructional system of the instant invention a main hall 17 is included having sufficient entrances depending on the capacity of the system, in which main hall 17 there are included a plurality of ticket offices 18 where the entrance tickets can be acquired for each one of the different exhibition rooms and an access passageway 2 is also included, which passageway 2 is common to each of the entrances of the plurality of exhibition rooms 11 of the constructional system of the instant invention. Each of the exhibition rooms 11 can have automatic swivel entrances 3 and one-way exits 4 that will provide access to an antechamber or vestibule 5, wherein a candy shop 7 can be installed, and wherein steel ramps 6 are included leading to the exhibition room 11 where rows of seats 12 are located, symetrically and in an upward level as regards the optic axis 13 of each room, that undoubtedly includes a screen 14. In the lower part of the location of the seats 12, at the bottom of the vestibule 5 the toilet rooms 8 and the warehouse 9 can be located.
At the upper part of the entrance or access passageway 2 a conduit or intermediate level 15, is located in which all electric cables, drainage or similar ducts are placed. On top of this conduit all along same, a projection machinery room 10 is located on whose top a conduit 16 is positioned where the air conditioning, heating and similar equipment is installed.
FIG. 5 shows different arrangements of exhibition rooms of the improved constructional system of the present invention.
Even though this invention has been shown and described with respect to specific embodiments thereof, those skilled in the art must understand that all the above described and any amendment in form or detail, as well as the arrangement or distribution of the exhibition rooms is included in the spirit and scope of the present invention.
